2. Swiggy reserves the right, based on your previous cancellation history, to deny any refund, even if it is within one minute, followed by account suspension.
3. If the consumer cancels the order after one minute of placing it, Swiggy has the right to collect 100% of the Order amount as compensation for the damages suffered by Swiggy. Swiggy may either not refund the order value or deduct the amount from the customer's subsequent orders.

4. Orders are subject to cancellation by Swiggy with or without a penalty
